Family Fun
Family fun treats
If you and your family love going out on adventures like we do, then you will know that a day of skiing, swimming or sledging really tires you out. At the end of the day, you are all sure to be exhausted and you end up collapsing on the sofa. By this time, you may be too tired to cook a meal for the whole family and you might be tempted to order pizza. Of course this is fun to do every so often, but a more healthy option would be to have a nice vegetable stir fry or a fruit smoothie.
After a long day out, the last thing you want to do is have to cook something complicated when you get home. This is why we have put together a quick and easy recipe for you to make; it will give you much more time to relax after a long day so you have time to do the things you enjoy, such as play foxy bingo or catch up on your favorite TV show. This blog post will show you a healthy supper idea, which it is much more nutritious than a takeaway.
Seafood stir fry
Ingredients:
- A pack of prawns
- 2 tuna steaks
- A pack of calamari
