Great end to 2011 at Alpental January 1, 2012

With Grammy watching Silas and Hazel, we were able to get in a quality day in at Alpental. There some great powder stashes to be found throughout the mountain. Brett and Blair were able to demonstrate their strong new skills on the tough terrain. The only bad part of the day was that a lap took over an hour at times because of the large crowds. The bluebird day and holiday weekend were strong contributors to the big crowds.
