Whirling around on the honey bears at Eden Corn Festival August 8, 2012
Silas and Hazel were whirled around at the speed of a horse and buggy at the Eden Corn Festival near Buffalo, NY. We were in Hamburg NY visiting the great grandparents Marrano in celebration of their 70th wedding anniversary. Although the great grandparents didn’t make it to the corn festival we did get to spend a bunch of time in Hamburg with lots of cousins, aunts and uncles. At the festival, Silas tried a bunch of rides and is really beginning to go off on his own now. Hazel was ready to more rides too, but she’s not tall enough for most rides. We”ve now gone to two carnivals in two weeks. Not sure if we’ll keep the streak alive in Washington though.
